Note: registration will not be considered complete until online registration has been submitted AND payment has been received. Payment and forms must be received within 2 weeks of online registration.
Note: there are two steps to register.
Step 1: enter your name and email. You will receive a personalized link in your email to continue registration.
Step 2: click the link in your email, then enter full registration details, including selecting your branch and training option.
If you do not receive the email from step 1, first check your junk mail (especially if you use hotmail), then, if you can’t find the email, please contact our website administrator.
Cost: $45.00 per girl including GST

SG2: UTB SG2
Again this year we are holding Under the Boughs for Pathfinders and Rangers as well as a small number of 3rd Year Guides.
Pathfinders and Rangers can register on their own or with their Guiders to a max of 7 girls per Guider. Individual registered Pathfinders and Ranges will be paired up with other groups while at camp.
3rd Year Guides need to register in patrols of 4 Guides and 1 Guider and there is room for 4 Patrols.
Guides will be sleeping and cooking in cabins and spending the days outside.
Pathfinders and Rangers will be sleeping, cooking and spending all their time outside enjoying the snow.
Please fill in the online registration and then mail your payment, SG.2 and Health Forms to Ev Stoutenburg 178 Cariboo Rd. Kelowna, BC V1V 2E4 within 2 weeks of registering to complete the registration process. If forms are not received within this time you will need to register online again.
As there is only room for 4 Patrols of 4:1 for 3rd Year Guides, there will be a wait list, and if a patrol doesn’t get their package in with in the two weeks the first patrol on the wait list will be notified.
Online registration will close January 15th and all forms and payments will need to be received no later than January 31st. After January 15th there will be no refunds, if a girl cannot attend try to replace her and this needs to be done no later than January 31st.
