All new! Campfire Leader Training Part 2 — with real flames, songs, stories, and silly games
Are you a girl or Guider who is passionate about singing? About being able to lead campfire to create that magical memory? Or teaching girls in meetings the songs they will have as their repertoire?
We are offering a day of training on October 19th from 9:30 to 4:30 to enhance your confidence and skills needed to plan and lead campfire.
Cost will be $10-lunch and snacks will be provided.
You do NOT need to be a great singer—you do need to be enthusiastic and comfortable in your encouragement of girls singing! And have the basics of campfire already in your repertoire! (you’ve taken training already or are an adult or older girl with experience)
You will learn by doing and having fun and feel comfortable in sharing with your peers or younger girls some songs you will learn!
This training is open to 2nd year Guides and older (if already have taken training), Pathfinders, Rangers and adult Guiders. Please prepare two songs that you are willing to introduce and lead.
