Monashee Area is located in the southern interior of British Columbia, Canada. Our name comes from the Monashee mountain range on the west side of the Rocky Mountains. We include eight districts, and cities in our area include: Salmon Arm, Vernon, Kelowna, West Kelowna and Penticton.
Boundaries:
West: School District 23 (west) Westbank, including Falkland Schools, Sorrento Schools (not Chase) and Princeton Schools. (Manning Park falls under Lones.)
East: Beaverdell / Carmi School, Lumby Schools and Revelstoke Schools.
North: Highway 1 from Sorrento to Revelstoke
South: USA Border, Manning Park to Bridesville.
