About Us
Monashee Area
Monashee is located in the southern interior of British Columbia, Canada. Our name comes from the Monashee mountain range on the west side of the Rocky Mountains. We include eight districts and large cities in our area include: Salmon Arm, Vernon, Kelowna, and Penticton.
Boundaries:
West: School District 23 (west) Westbank, including Falkland Schools, Sorrento Schools (not Chase, it's part of Thompson Nicola) and Princeton Schools. (Manning Park comes under Lones.);
East: Beaverdell / Carmi School, Lumby Schools and Revelstoke Schools;
North: Highway 1 from Sorrento to Revelstoke;
South: USA Border, Manning Park to Bridesville.
